The citizens party has been and gone and boy do i wish I had citizenship. It looked really fun and apparently there was tons of rain. If you want to attend an awesome party like this in the future you'll need to purchase citizenship but if you can't get citizenship don't worry as i'm sure there will be plenty of parties for everyone.
